These (five in total) are a few of my favorite wellness staples. If I don’t use them daily, they’re definitely in my routine multiple times a week. While you can find most of these products on Amazon, I’m linking straight to the source as it’s been a fun personal challenge to avoid buying from the behemoth.
Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice Tea
One of my favorite teas was Trader Joe’s Winter Tea, but there were two problems: (1) it’s seasonal, and (2) it contains black tea, so it has caffeine. Since I’ve sworn off caffeine in the afternoon, I was sad to let it go—until I discovered this new gem at my silent retreat.
